This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Therapy Beds Haven website located at www.therapybedshaven.com ("Website").
Brand overrides: Certain brands have their own return and refund policies, which will take precedence where they differ from these General Conditions. Please review the brand-specific sections below for details.

3. Return Eligibility (Applies to all brands unless a brand section below states otherwise)
Customers in the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories — Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands) may cancel their purchase within 20 days of placing the order at no cost.
After 20 days, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.

- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:
- After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Return destination:
Therapy Beds Haven does not accept returns at our office. All returns ship only to the manufacturer’s or authorized warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.
4. Unauthorized returns:
Any return shipped without an RMA or to the wrong address will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
5. Refused/undeliverable shipments:
Orders refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable without prior written approval will be treated as a return and may incur restocking and round-trip shipping charges per brand policy.
4.2 Preparing Your Return
- Package the Item Safely:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.

- Affix the label to the outside of the package.
4.3 Shipping the Return

Shipping Method:
- Use reliable and trackable courier service to minimize the risk of loss. Customers are responsible for the product until it is delivered to the authorized return address. We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier and retaining proof of delivery.
- Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization, using a trackable shipping method.

- Request return within 30 days of receiving the product, and ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

- Restocking fees & return shipping: For most approved returns, a standard 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. In most cases the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from the refund amount. Both the restocking fee and return shipping deductions do not apply if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — in such cases, Therapy Beds Haven provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer and we cover 100% of return costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
